If a key or remote needs to be ordered for your Volvo, payment must be made in advance to initiate the ordering process. Please note, once a key or remote is programmed for your vehicle, the associated costs for this service are non-refundable.

Remote start functionality is available exclusively through the Volvo Cars app for all new Volvo vehicles. It cannot be activated through the key or remote.
